The Southeast Asian Press Alliance (SEAPA) is looking for a Program Manager for its Secretariat based in Bangkok, Thailand, with the following qualifications:
* Has strong management skills in administering advocacy programs, finances, fund-raising, and networking for SEAPA and its network members;
* Has at least five years’ relevant experience and in-depth understanding of media, press freedom, freedom of information and freedom of expression issues across the ASEAN region;
* Has at least three year’s relevant experience in budgeting and project management
* Has very strong command of spoken and written English, journalism, and communication and media work across platforms.
